Our goal is to make adding third-party processing support to your business straightforward. From onboarding through closing, Towers works behind the scenes to help keep your files organized and moving.
01 — SUBMIT YOUR FILE
Once you're onboarded with Towers, submit the loan file and available documentation through the designated secure process.
We'll review the file, determine what documentation is available, and identify items that may still be needed.
02 — WE GET TO WORK
We begin organizing the file, reviewing documentation, identifying outstanding items, and coordinating applicable third-party needs.
Borrower follow-up and file communication help keep everyone informed as the loan progresses.
03 — UNDERWRITING & CONDITIONS
Once the file is ready, we assist with preparing it for underwriting submission.
After underwriting, we track conditions, coordinate documentation collection, and help keep the file moving through the process.
04 — MOVE TOWARD CLOSING
As conditions are satisfied and the loan approaches closing, we continue tracking outstanding requirements and coordinating with the appropriate parties.
Our goal is to maintain an organized process through the final stages of the transaction and support a smooth transition to closing.
